The S300 device stores the “Facility Code when offline” feature configuration in non-volatile memory.
Until the iSTAR firmware can be amended to forcibly turn the “Facility Code when offline” feature off, the following workaround will solve the problem:
Turn the “Facility Code when offline” feature off by doing one of the following 3 alternatives:
- If the S300 device can be connected to a CK721-A on P2000, use P2000 to turn that feature off in each S300 device before migrating.
- If the S300 device can be connected to a CK721-A on C-CURE, use C-CURE to turn that feature off in each S300 device before migrating.
3. If neither P2000 nor a C-CURE to CK721-A integration is available, hook the S300 device to a CK721-A and use the local user interface to turn that feature off.
In either case, make sure the S300 device is online so that turning off this feature will be saved in the S300 device’s non-volatile memory.
